Location: the hotel was adjacent to the other boats. The deluxe room was equipped with basic facilities, including a safe, a mini bar, and central heating.

It made our trip to Ha Long a good experience. We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 1 night, though everything was very good. Our hotel was in an amazing and beautiful location back to the harbor. What's more, it was right by too many boats in the bay, a beach, hiking, kayaking, fishing village, caves, and Ha Long Bay...

We had a lovely experience on the Pelican Classic Cruise. The rooms were fantastic, especially our suite with a terrace. The food was very good, and we especially enjoyed the sumptuous 6-course dinner. The cruise had a great ambience and the music was not too loud. The surroundings were beautiful and relaxing, and it was a joy to sit with the window open and enjoy the fresh air and views. I would definitely recommend this cruise.

We treated ourselves to the best cabin, the Royal suite, at the front of the boat with its own private terrace and loungers. the room was large and very comfortable, with two full windows offering incredible views. the staff at Pelican Classic Cruise were extremely friendly and efficient, and the meals served during the cruise were excellent. Everything ran like clockwork, and we were impressed with the level of service. the activities, such as visiting caves and kayaking, were enjoyable, and on the two night cruise, we were able to explore the quieter bays and visit the fascinating floating village. our experience with Pelican Classic Cruise was memorable, and we would highly recommend it. Cons: Nothing, everything was excellent! 👌.

We stayed on a boat in a location that offered great views of the islands. It was located away from the congested area at the pier, so we didn't have to deal with traffic from other boats. the room was well decorated and comfortable with a temperature that was just right. the staff was friendly, accommodating, and provided generous drinks.
The cruise didn't offer much history or information about the area, and the meals didn't always have options to choose from for both nights.

Great value for a three-day cruise. The driver was punctual, and the staff super friendly. Food was delicious, room clean, and bed comfortable. Tours were well-organized and kept us entertained throughout. The hotel facilities were excellent with proper transportation and parking services.
Liked everything.

Had an awesome Thanksgiving trip, with two great complementary aspects - a hot tub and a lovely view of the harbor. the location was perfect, just steps away from the many shops and restaurants, which was very convenient.
The room was a bit small, which made it a bit cramped for our family of four, and the aircon was a bit too cold and we couldn't adjust it. the pool was a bit crowded, making it hard to relax and enjoy the water properly.

The evening meal was exquisite, and a staff member called Mr Gin was amazing. The views of the Halong Bay are just amazing! The buffet lunch was very nice. The rooms are clean and big enough for one night. The food was exceptional and so were the staff! The kayaking was great and loved the hike on Ti Top beach. Overall I'll recommend this cruise.
